How to's
There are many ways that you can pay your utilities in Bangkok, and with recent advancing in payment systems its even easier.

How to pay your Electricity & Water Bills

Water and electricity bills may be paid at the official offices. Alternatively you can pay both water and electricity bills via the app. If you prefer paying in person you can do so at Tesco Lotus supermarkets or one the many 7-Eleven convenience stores about the city. As of this writing, there is a usually a 15 to 20 THB service charge. In the event of late payment, it is often necessary to pay at the official offices. Convenient locations for payment of electricity bills are available at the Chit Lom BTS and On Nut BTS sky train stations. However, in select instances it is often possible to pay at some 7- Eleven’s provided it is before 3PM. If you are living in an apartment you will often have to pay your electricity and water bills at the front desk of your apartment building.

Note that paying for electricity and water in an apartment will cost more than living in a condo or a house. Please check your lease before signing.

How To pay your Internet bills

Similar to electricity and water bills, internet bills can be paid at a 7-Eleven. However there are numerous kiosks available in all major shopping malls where bills may be paid. These official kiosks are ideal, as there are no service charges. Many of them are available in official service centers where English speaking employees are present to offer assistance.  Depending on your living arrangements, such as if you are living in an apartment, you may have to pay at the front desk, as the internet billing policy may be different in the apartment you are renting, so please consult your building manager.

How to  pay your phone bills

You can pay phone bills at official kiosks (of which there are no service charges) and service centers (with English speaking employees). Alternatively bills can be paid at 7-Eleven’s or through your bank’s ATM. However if you are living in an apartment and have a land line, you may have to pay your bills at the front desk. Please contact your landlord for more information.

Most local banks will allow you to pay by scanning a the QR code or the barcode located on the bill. You can also set up a recurring payment system which the bank will deduct the fee directly from your account for you.
